SSMU ENVIRONMENT COMMITTEE

EC is the official environmental representation of McGill’s undergraduate students to the SSMU Legislative Council . EC is Co-Chaired by the SSMU Sustainability Commissioners and is made up three types of members:

  1. Club Representatives are students representing their environment/sustainability club.
  2. Members-at-Large are students with an interest in environment/sustainability, representing themselves.
  3. Core Team members are a group of student volunteers managed by the Sustainability Commissioners, who work towards implementing EC projects.

All of the members above are voting members of EC. This means that they get a say on how EC funding gets spent, and what projects EC undertakes.
